R. Suriyanarayanan (B.E.)

Managing Director

Mr.R.Suriyanarayanan is a qualified engineer and has over 40 Years of solid experience in the construction industry in various capacities. Since 1985, he was engaged in flat promotion, Joint Ventures, and individual house construction all over Tamil Nadu.Over 100 projects have been completed, apart from individual houses and institutional buildings. He was also awarded the title of “Kattida Kalai Mamani” by Pudukottai Ilakiya Peravai in the year 2013 in appreciation of his services in the field of construction.

S. Srinivasan (B. Tech, MBA)

Director

Mr. Srinivasan, Joint Managing Director is a qualified engineer with a post graduate diploma in Construction Management from National Institute of Construction Management, Pune (NICMAR).After completing his education, he worked with JLL, an International Real Estate Company for 7 years and worked on Commercial Office Projects, and Industrial Projects across India. He gained significant experience with various construction activities and abreast with lot of latest technology & construction materials.He is in charge of New Projects and customer relationship.
